Learn to cook Sicilian in 1 day cooking class!

These classes will offer you the fundamental skills for you to use in your kitchen.

Menù "PIZZA" 

At 5 minutes from the Valley of Temples you will learn the art of pizza!

Pizza - Margherita or Sicilian (capers, cheese, anchovies, onion)
Soup Mussels

Water and Wine House


DURATION: 1 hour - 1 hour and 30 minutes (Tuesday to Friday from 16:30 PM to 5:00 PM. to 15:00 PM)



"Home made" FARMHOUSE Menu
In an organic farm, you will learn how to cook the real Sicilian homemade cusine! Enjoy eating in the garden where the product is freshly harvested from. 
As OPTION, you can also visit the fields and  harvest the ingredients for your meal (+1 hour)!

Pasta with Vegetables or Agrigentina Pasta

Beccafico Sardines
or

Sicilian meat rolls 

small cake or a salad 
water and
House wine















Other dishes available (caponata, lasagna and pasta).
DURATION: 2 - 3 hours (every day from 10:00 AM to 17:00 PM)
